Our shop prepares Tofu from centuries, using traditional techniques. Our handmade Tofu are made with finest Japanese soybeans and are used in many gastronomic restaurants in Tokyo.
Try also our popular Oboro Tofu (half-curdled Tofu) prepared with care by our 3rd generation artisant.
