“Dojo” means loaches, a small freshwater fish. In older time, dojos where appreciate as cheap and nutritious food by simple people. Our restaurant always use fresh dojos to keep the taste and the tradition of downtown Tokyo alive. We serve dojos boiled, grilled or fried.
