Eel Cuisine
We prepare our eels with our special sauce, which has been used since 1926, the date of our establishment in Asakusa. All our dishes are made right after your order, on a grill fill with “Shichirin”, a special charcoal used since the Edo era, which give an unique texture and taste to our eel.
